Joseph Pilates' traditional method taught on the mat following a specific order of exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including the abs, hips, bottom and back.

Saturdays at 9am with Angie Mitchell

REFORMER CLASSES

Our small group "reformer" classes are 50 minute classes using the reformer, mat, towers & chairs. 

Mon/Tue/Thu at 9am with Angie Mitchell
