MAT CLASSES
Joseph Pilates' traditional method taught on the mat following a specific order of exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including the abs, hips, bottom and back.
Saturdays at 9am
Wednesdays at 6:30pm (Nov. 13, 20, 27 and Dec. 4, 11, 18)
TRIO | REFORMER CLASSES
Trio classes (f/k/a Semi-Privates) are small group "reformer" classes catered to your individual needs while keeping the cost economical. These are 50 minute classes with 3 clients using the reformer, towers & chairs
Mondays at 8am
Tuesdays at 9am (call for availability)
Thursdays at 9am
Saturdays at 10am
