MAT CLASSES

Joseph Pilates' traditional method taught on the mat following a specific order of exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including the abs, hips, bottom and back.

Fridays at 5pm with Maura
Saturdays at 9am with Angie 
Sundays at 10am with Maura

REFORMER CLASSES

Our small group "reformer" classes are 50 minute classes using the reformer, mat, towers & chairs. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am with Angie (Advanced)

Fridays at 4pm w/Maura (Intro to Pilates Reformer)

Sundays at 9am w/Maura
(Intro to Pilates Reformer)

Core Grove

A fun, high-energy cardio workout set to great music! Enjoy easy-to-follow dance-inspired movement that gets your heart pumping, your body moving, and your spirits lifted. All fitness levels and experience levels are welcome.

Sundays at 11am with Maura
