MAT CLASSES

Joseph Pilates' traditional method taught on the mat following a specific order of exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including the abs, hips, bottom and back.

Mondays at 5pm

Wednesdays at 8am

Thursdays at 6pm

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

CLASS

The sport of life requires strength, flexibility, power and endurance. The goal of this class is to give you all of that in a well-designed strength training program.
