TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Memberships renew monthly on your renewal date which is 30 days from start date.
Cancelling a Class: You must notify us minimum 24-hours’ in advance, if you cannot make your scheduled class to avoid forfeiting a monthly class allotment. If your classmate(s) cancel(s) outside of the 24-hours’ notice, you can take the class as usual without paying an upgrade fee.
Upgrades: If one or two classmates give a minimum 24-hours’ notice of class cancellation, you will be given an opportunity to 1) pay a small one-time upgrade fee and take the class as usual, or 2) skip the class without forfeiture of a monthly class allotment.
Duet Upgrade to Private: $30
Trio Upgrade to Duet: $15
Trio Upgrade to Private: $35
Make-ups: are allowed before your next renewal date IF you have given notice within the 24-hour cancellation period. If you cancel outside of the 24-hour period, one class will be deducted from your monthly allotment of classes and no make-up will be given.
Refunds: There will be no refunds given for unused classes, no shows or late cancels.
Freezing a Membership: You may freeze your membership for up to a month. Please allow 14 days’ notice before your next renewal date for freeze to take effect.
Cancelling a Membership: You may cancel at any time with 14-days notice of your next renewal date. You will be allowed to continue to use your classes until the expiration of your membership.
Please be aware that we require a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for the session or class. All packages are valid for three months from purchase. Refunds are subject to a 4% cc processing fee. A credit card is required for your initial booking.
