Orders are typically prepared for pickup within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before coming to the store.
Orders must be picked up at our store during regular business hours.
Pickup Requirements
To pick up your order, please bring:
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Your order confirmation or pickup confirmation email.
If someone else will be picking up your order, please notify us in advance with their name. They must present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation.
Orders will be held for 7 days after you receive your pickup notification. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe and no alternative arrangements have been made, your order may be canceled. Because all sales are final, any refund or store credit for unclaimed orders will be issued only at our sole discretion.
